History/Background Information: A key date in the 5 shillings series of George VI struck between 1947 and 1952.

Certification: MS64 (Near Gem Mint State/Uncirculated)

Condition Notes: A scarce coin in any condition and especially rare in high end mint state. Lustrous and well toned devices. A further die crack above the "S" in Suid on the reverse adds a further intrigue. Very rare.
