History/Background Information: A short lived series issued between 1892 and 1897. Struck at the ZAR mint in Pretoria. A key date in the series.

Certification: NGC MS61 (Choice Unc/MS)

Condition Notes: A wholly under-graded coin. Magnificent lustre adorns the surfaces unbroken and complete. All details crisp and boldly defined. Perfectly toned and untouched by the passage of time. Attractive stacking rings give this coin an air of originality and grace. This coin should be MS62 at the very least with minor contact marks the only point to note. Very rare and seldom found in choice uncirculated condition.

Mintage: 135 012

POP Statistics: 3 in MS61 with only 7 higher (NGC Stats) - only 11 coins in MS
