History/Background Information: 1 Pound issue of the Barclays Bank D.C.O dated 1958.
Condition Notes: A scarce issue. Approximately 70,000 notes were printed bearing this date with the majority withdrawn and destroyed. In admirable condition. Very attractive coloration. Scarce in any grade but especially desirable in this solid state of preservation.
